Perabell Food Bar in Riverhead

I've been to Pera Bell multiple times, but today I tried their grilled veggies sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. So flavorful, you would forget it's just vegetables you're eating. Service was great and quick especially since it was during lunch rush hour.

I see you are needed people to work. I’m looking for a job, helping in the kitchen doing preparation or dishwasher!

The BBQ Short Rib taco special with tater tots I had for lunch today was awesome. Erin was the perfect server. Service was expedient. Good food, atmosphere. The Chophouse burger was one of my husband's all time favorites. We willl definitely come back again.

Great spot....! Yes, appetizers came out a bit slow and, CrispyCalamari were not crispy! Pizza is on point so was the Mac & Cheese...!! Salmon was 👍🏽, so was the Lobster risotto special.. The Riesling ( from California) was as good as any I’ve had from Germany. PeraBell is a “must do” !!

Normally the food from here is excellent Normally I wouldn't write a review but the food I ordered today was huge disappointment i received overcooked bland food now if it was one dish I may be a bit more understanding...but it was all across the board ....french dip sandwich was dry as the gobi and the cheese that was supposed to be on my bun was melted stuck on the bottom of the container, .... and the fries where terrible all dried out and hard not crunchy The potatopancakes came burnt and the calamari was that bad fisy smell smelled slightly like ammonia and had me feeling very nauseous after a few pieces ...I've worked in restaurants on the floor and the kitchen....as a chef or a server I would never have let food leave the kitchen like that better to remake it and get it right then end up with a customer with a literal bad taste in their mouth

I always go here when I travel to NY. Excellent value , large portions. Love the mussels and the grilled veg sandwich. One and only complaint is that beer could have been colder.

We stopped in for a late lunch a few weekends ago after hitting a few of the local breweries. We ordered the poutine appetizer which was outstanding, we also ordered a burger and a wrap. The burger may be one of the best on Long island and I love burgers! The service was great and atmosphere and location amazing. Would love to go back in summer and enjoy the outside bar deck looks fun!

Service was good. Drinks were really good. Food not so much. Both sandwiches were quite dry and I asked for my burger to be medium cooked but it came out well done.

Great American food with an Italian flair. Dining inside and outside . Nice size bar to eat and drink or just have a drink. Courtney our waitress so nice and friendly. Large parking lot in back near boat dock. Food was so good I will go back again

First time at the Riverhead location. We had a pistachio pizza and a clam pizza, both personals. Really delicious. May beat the Patchogue spot just because of the pizza, but both are really solid in their own rights. The pizza was delicious.

Great place to eat in Riverhead .The food is always good here.I had the french dipped roast beef sandwich which was really good.give it a try.

Excellent beer menu, awesome staff

Decided to take a ride out to the Perabell Riverhead location. Epic Epicurean Fail. The food quality was disappointing. Perhaps the owner needs to rehire a kitchen staff. They simply have no respect towards customers and are comfortable serving inferior dishes. Guaranteed not culinary trained. Good thing the restaurant serves pizza because that's what most of the customers ordered. No guarantee it was palatable. I will give the server a star for being the only person who genuily cared for the restaurant and his position with customers. I also commend the manager for addressing our disappointment but as we shared with her, we will never return. Lost revenue for a sleepy town, get a new chef that cares.

This place is as consistently good as I am consistent about ordering the same thing every time I go there. What can I say; I'm a creature of habit! I always get the wasabi tuna and poutine and it is always excellent whether from Door Dash or eating it in the restaurant itself. Staff are always friendly and attentive, and the beer always cold. Can't ask for much more.

Love this place! I've eaten three meals here, every one has been great. The pizzas are well constructed and taste amazing. They have a good variety of other mains (try the tuna too, it was delicious). The staff are friendly and the service is pretty fast. Definitely will be my go-to restaurant for future trips to Riverhead

This place is awesome! They have both an inside and outside bar area. Plus patio if you'd like to dine outback and infront of the restaurant. The back has a parking lot plus across the lot is a boardwalk on the edge of the Peconic river. Kayak rentals are available, plus fishing is also an option. If you come across PeraBell, try the Truffle Pizza. Its slamin! Also the service has been great so far, no complaints.

Went there for the chicken dish in menu that I have had a few times because it was so good. Last night not so good . Ordered the app special mash potato tart to much garnish and not hot enough also ordered the Detroit deep dish pizza not as good as it use to be. Not sure what happen new chef maybe.

First time here. Nice clean place. Waitress was nice, helpful and fast. I ordered the Chicken something pizza and it was very good. The pizza was very "soft". The flavors all blended together very well. Seems like a good place to grab a drink too as the bar has a few TVs to watch. Would come here again and try other foods.

The food was amazing! We had pan seared halibut, lobster roll and something chicken malinese. The best has got to be the chicken. The sauce and everything goes perfectly together. The halibut was a tad bit dry but that is if I am to pick something about it. Would still eat it again without second thoughts though. Lobster roll was not the best though it is way above expectation. Our server Jessica was so attentive and friendly to everything. Food price is decent with decent portion. Not too big and not too small. Went in starving and came out wonderfully fed. Will definitely drop by again if I'm in the area!

Went online and checked the menu. In the mood for fish and chips. When we got there our waiter informed us that it was only on the lunch menu. O Darn. Not a big deal so I had chicken fingers and the mac and cheese. Fingers were good but the m&c really had a weird taste. Been there several times, never wonderful but most foods are just ok

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! The food..atmosphere.. most of all the staff!! We have never had a bad meal! This place is amazing just what Riverhead needed!! Highly recommend for a nice lunch or a fun night out...cute date night ? Whatever .. it’s always a good time!!

Second time here and we loved the food on each occasion. Service was very good too so it's a win/win. Carbonara pizza and the crispy burrata were both off the charts delicious
